FLOOR MODEL M4PF FOUR-POST GUIDED SERIES
Often referred to as a “C” frame hydraulic press, these hydraulic presses are available in standard model configurations from 10 to 250 tons. Our floor model presses require no separate stand and they have larger bed areas than the equivalent tonnage size bench model hydraulic press. They may have increased cycle rates and can be easily customized for your application. These self contained hydraulic presses are suitable for a wide variety of operations including assembly, blanking, coining, forming, punching, riveting and staking. M4PF Four Post guided gap frame presses offer the all the features of standard gap frame presses with the additional advantage of SIMPLIFYING your tool design. In some cases the post guided tool plates can totally eliminate the need for a die set altogether. Two Post guided tool plate models are also available if you do not require the larger tool mounting area of the Four Post designs. Magnum's rigidly guided RAM designs are all equipped with oversized ram guide bushings for superior guidance and resistance to deflection in moderately off-center-loaded applications. Standard features include completely removable power packs, robust fabricated steel frames and fast, reliable hydraulic systems.
